How to use LabRAT:
Submitting a Lab Request:
Click on the "Submit a request" link above. Fill out the fields in the form provided and then click on the "Submit Request" button. Please note that several fields are required for the request to be submitted. You will recieve a confirmation message if the submission was processed. You should also receive an email copy of your request if it has been properly processed.
After submisison, a ticket number will be assigned and e-mailed to the address provided in your request.
Tracking a Request:
Click on the "Check on status of a request" link above. Enter your ticket number for the request you wish to track. Click "Submit". The current status will be provided in your browser window.
